Each Bloomera piece is made especially for you — printed on demand with love and care. Because our products are custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Thank you for understanding and supporting slow, intentional creation 🌷✨

But don’t worry — if something ever goes wrong with your order, we’ve got you 💌


💕 If your order arrives damaged or has a printing issue

We’re so sorry this happened 😔 Please reach out within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of what went wrong

Once we verify it, we’ll happily send you a free replacement or a full refund — whichever feels right for you 🌸

You don’t need to send the faulty item back unless our support team requests it.

When refunds or replacements can’t be offered

Because every item is made to order, we can’t issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Small variations in print placement or color (these make each piece unique 🤍)

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier (unless your package is lost)

Once production starts, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
